I’m Melaine Facon, an engineer at heart with over 20 years of experience across various roles in high thech industries. I’ve journeyed from individual contributor to leadership positions, serving notably as Engineering Manager and Project/Program Manager.

Whatever the role, it’s always all about the people and building clarity for yourself, your stakeholders and your coworkers. By gathering data from multiple sources and turning it into actionable information, you can chart your course, guide and lead others effectively.
